All Star Canine Terms and Conditions

By completing your booking (including any online booking) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Payment, refunds, cancellations & no show policies:

  1. One-to-one sessions, group classes & online training sessions must be paid for online. Places will not be held without payment.

  2. Refunds are not available once a session or, in the case of a package, once the first session has commenced. In the case of a cancellation made at too short notice (less than 48-hours notice) refunds are also not applicable.

  3. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time due to unforeseen situations that may be due to a medical, travel, or a personal situation.

  4. In the event of a no-show, refunds are also not applicable.

  5. I aim to be on time for your session, but where traffic or unforeseen circumstances make me late, I will contact you immediately to let you know.

Marketing/Privacy:

  1. The personal information on your booking form will be kept confidential and won’t be passed to any third party. I may send out occasional emails and marketing to the email address you provide. If you would like to opt out of these please let me know.

  2. Photographs and/or videos are occasionally taken during training sessions to be used on All Star Canine social media sites and/or the website. If you do not wish for photographs/videos of you or your dog to be used for marketing purposes, please let me know.

Safety:

  1. You are, by law, responsible for your dog’s behaviour at all times.

  2. I make every effort to ensure the safety of both clients and dogs in training sessions. By making a booking with All Star Canine you are accepting that participating in an activity with dogs, children, and adults poses a risk of injury to yourself and your dog, and you agree to indemnify All Star Canine for all personal injury and damage to property while attending training sessions.

  3. You agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries, and damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of your dog attending such sessions. You also agree to make any person who accompanies you to the session (s) or who comes in your place aware that they are there at their own risk.

  4. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

  5. Proof of vaccination is required via email or WhatsApp a minimum of 48 hours before your Appointment.

  6. Questionnaires for the booked session(s) must be completed 24 hours prior to the session(s).

Completion of Bookings

  1. All sessions, packages, or classes are non-transferable.

  2. All packages have a time frame.

    • 1 to 1 sessions are to be used within the booked time frame or you forfeit your payment.

    • 2 sessions must be completed within 4 weeks.

    • 3 sessions to be completed within 6 weeks.

    • 4 sessions to be completed within 8 weeks.

    • 5 sessions to be completed within 10 weeks.

    • All group classes are completed in 5 weeks.

  3. If a client does not agree with the dates & times provided they must give an alternative date, if no date is provided by the client within the time frame of sessions they forfeit their payment & sessions.
